What is your return & exchange policy?

We will accept clothing exchanges within 5 days of your order purchase date. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn with tags attached. All shipping fees paid by you and are non-refundable.

We will not offer refunds or exchanges for hijabs.

What if I recieve a damaged item?

We offer 100% exchange on our products! If your product has been damaged due to shipping, you can contact our customer service team through email. In your email please include your name, order number, 5 photos of the item (including the packaging). This information must be provided within 24 hours after you  recieve the package. We will happily ship you a new product at no additional cost to you! You can email our Customer Care team at any time at [email protected]
